Our webpage is currently under review; more to come soon!
You may be a hands on garden enthusiast or an armchair dreamer looking for ideas, you may want to meet like-minded villagers and share organised gardening activities: do read on!
We welcome the novice and experienced muddy gardener alike, we are always open to suggestions and offers of help and simply hope you may be inspired to join us in The Village Hall, 7.30pm on 3rd Wednesday of the month.
We charge a modest annual subscription ( currently £15) which covers all talks, with a free hot drink and biscuits. We charge a small fee for visitors, after a first free visit.
Talks last about an hour, usually with slides & props and are followed by refreshments over the chance to chat.
We arrange at least 2 group visits to gardens of interest each year. In 2023 we visited Highgrove, just days after the coronation, and had a wonderful tour and cream teas. Earlier in the year we had a guided tour of the snowdrops at Colesbourne and in September a private visit to Cotswold Garden Flowers near Badsey, which included a talk from the owner.
We also have a summer party in a member’s garden and a very sociable Christmas party in the village hall.
